IF YOU DREAM IT... WE CAN BUILD IT!

The Sol Composites Group (SCG) vision is to be a leader in the application of advanced composites materials to make components that help promote sustainable technologies in vehicle and energy systems, and also help people to have fun!

SCG mission is to support our customers composites needs with our extensive array of composites capabilities and expertise - we can engineer a composite solution to your spec, or we can tool and build a composite part from your existing metallic part, plastic part, or CAD drawing. Our services include manufacturing engineering transition-to-production of complex composites components and assemblies for low cost and durability.

SCG's unique tooling capabilities range from low cost, high finish machined epoxy/foam-core tools to accurately machined monolithic graphite. With our large, 5-axis machining capability, we can deliver complex and highly accurate tooling mandrels for fabricating high performance composite parts in multi-meter automotive and aerospace applications.

SCG manufacturing capabilities perform hand lay-up, resin transfer molding, or wet-layup of carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced composites. We can assemble composite and metallic components into high performance structural assemblies. We support both low-rate production and transition to higher quantity parts, with sizes from a few centimeters to multi-meter applications.
