Temecula, California, April 24th, 2008 - Solenergy Corp. announces the acquisition of the composite capabilities and facilities of Brammo Motorsports, LLC. Solenergy will continue operations of the composite capabilities in Temecula, California using the state-of-the-art composite tooling and fabrication equipment and facility, together with the existing team of highly qualified composites personnel

With the acquisition of this capability, Solenergy is pleased to announce the dedication of Sol Composites Group, and the appointment of Philip Henderson as SCG's Operations Director and General Manager. Philip brings many years of expertise and experience in the manufacturing of high performance composite components for automotive applications, including racecars, track cars and commuter vehicles.

Solenergy also announces the lease of a 6000 square foot facility on Sarah Way in Temecula, California, with expectation of transferring aspects of the tooling and composites manufacturing operations to this facility this summer.
