COMPOSITE TOOLING FOR AEROSPACE & INDUSTRY
Sol Composites Group has the ability to fabricate large, precision tools from a variety of materials - monolithic graphite, epoxy/foam-core, and metal. We are experienced in composite tooling and understand finishing, sealing, mounting, and transportation requirements. Tools can be fabricated from print or NC file, or replicated from existing part or tool.
Our machining and finishing operation is complemented by aerospace quality metrology, with the ability to verify machined surfaces to a few mils RMS.
